[Fixes] Small But Important DetailsYou might have noticed that the color of the screen for creating a group message doesn't always match the color theme of its group. Well, it's supposed to, so we’ve fixed that. Also, if you use Google TalkBack with the Yammer app, you’ll notice that it’s easier to navigate your inbox messages with this update. Then, there's a small issue with GIFs hiding other things on the screen. That should be cleaned up with this update too.
[FIX] It's holiday party season, but no +1s in your Yammer message composer.When composing a new message for two recipients, we used to show you the first name and a "+1." What's the point of a "+1" here? Does it really save you that much space? As of today, we'll show you both of their names! (Psst: This works for any combination of users and groups.)But watch out! If you're composing a message to MORE than two users or groups, we'll go back to that short hand to save you space.
[FIXES] Announcements Look Good Again & More- You might have posted a well-thought-out announcement only to find that it contained part of some other message once you posted it. This update fixes that.- Now we'll fade the “send” button when you’re not done creating a message. It’s okay if you still don’t notice—the app will let you know.- Also, we’ve cleaned up some tests that help us meet programming standards. You should update the app to make sure everything gets cleaned up on your end.

[BEHIND THE APP] Testing, and Refactoring, and Logging! Oh, My!There’s nothing we’d like to highlight from this update—we’re just releasing a few changes that improve performance. But we still recommend updating the app so that it continues to work right.
[IMPROVEMENTS] Small Bugs That Still Count- There was something about clicking on a bell notification about a note that could cause the app to crash. We took care of that.- We also made sure not to show the loading spinner when the app's loading information you can't see. It was a bit unnecessary.

Now, you should get a quick error message whenever that happens.- Also, the app may have crashed while you were editing a message. ????[IMPROVEMENT] A More Economical AppWe've cut down on the amount of data our app collects for keeping tabs on the app's performance. That means more battery life for you.
[IMPROVEMENT] Better Document PreviewsWe've gotten rid of the Yammer.com placeholder that used to disguise any Microsoft Office document that you attached to a message. With this release, you get document previews. That's definitely worth the update.
[IMPROVEMENTS] Improving Error-Prone (but Not-Quite-Broken) ThingsWe've been reprogramming bits of the Yammer app to optimize performance, fix minor layout issues, update routine tests, and reverse bugs that you haven't seen (yet). As uninformative as this may sound, no news is good news. You should still update the app; you may notice fixes to YouTube links and a few unpredictable crashes.
